About Art Camp Programs

I’m interested in joining Art Camp programs, where can I find more information about it?

Class details, event announcement, along with monthly schedule will be released on Instagram @artcamp_id! Make sure to hit the follow button so that you don’t miss any updates :)

I want to join! How can I register for Art Camp programs?

Simply click here to sign up :) Link to the registration form is also available through linktree on our Instagram bio @artcamp_id. Registration can only be done after payment has been made to the BCA bank account listed in the form. Don’t forget to click the submit button to ensure that we receive your registration!

I’ve signed up for Art Camp programs. What should I do now?

You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days. Please be patient while the Art Camp team verifies your payment. If you haven’t received any emails after that, please contact us through our Instagram DM so that we can help you. Make sure to also check your inbox and spam/junk folder regularly.

I want to cancel my registration. Does Art Camp offer refunds?

Refund terms and conditions differ with each class and programs, so make sure to check them on the registration form. If you have any questions, please contact us through Instagram DM @artcamp_id, with your full name and the email address you use for sign up. Alternatively, email us at artcamp.team@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Enquiry - [Class/Program Name]”.

I’ve joined Art Camp events. Will I get a certificate?

At the moment Art Camp is not giving any certificates for all programs held by Art Camp. If you require an attendance certificate, please contact use through email at artcamp.team@gmail.com with the subject “Request e-Certificate - [Class/Program Name]”. Note that certificate requests may take up to 5-7 working days to be processed.

About Online Classes and Events

I’ve signed up for an online event. When will I get the zoom link?

Link zoom will be sent one day prior to the event (D-1), after the registration has been closed. Please check your email inbox and spam/junk folder regularly. If you still haven’t received the email, kindly contact us through our Instagram DM at @artcamp_id, along with your full name and the email address you use to sign up.

Will I get the recording or presentation slide after the event?

Unfortunately, Art Camp will not be providing the recording to participants. As for other materials, including the slide used in presentation, will be subjected to the instructor’s discretion. Any information regarding the availability of materials will be listed in the registration form.

Where is the venue for offline events?

Currently all our offline events are held in our studio: Art Camp HQ, Ruko Arcadia Grande no. A22, Jl. Boulevard Raya Gading Serpong, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, 15810. Click here to view them on Google Maps. However, we might have more offline programs coming soon, so be sure to check the venue listed on the registration form!

Do I need a Covid-19 antigen test to attend the event?

We no longer require antigen testing as long as you’re fully vaccinated (2x doses) and had no close contact within the past 2 weeks. However, if you experience any symptoms like cough, runny nose, fever, or just feeling unwell in general, please refrain from coming and let us know beforehand :)

About Art Camp HQ

When can I visit Art Camp HQ?

Our studio is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-6am, including public holidays. We’re only closed on Monday or if there’s any full reservation for private events, but rest assured, any closing will be informed through our Instagram @artcamp_id.

Is there a time limit as to how long we can browse in-store?

There’s no time limit so feel free to take as much time as you need. However, the maximum capacity in Art Camp HQ is limited to 8 people, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding to queue when the studio is at full capacity.

Are there any health protocols set in Art Camp HQ?

Definitely! We take great care to ensure the safety of our customers and our teams as well. During the pandemic, all visitors must wear their masks at all times. Visitors are prohibited from eating, drinking, or taking off their masks while on studio premises.

Before entering the studio, all visitors must check their temperature and complete PeduliLindungi check in. Our studio is also equipped with hand sanitizers and air purifiers.

Is international shipping available?

Unfortunately, we don’t have an international shipping option available as of now.
