Art Camp Vol. 1 – Yogyakarta

Originally called Mayrahkee Art Camp, this is our very first event, which started Art Camp. Held on 12th-14th of October, 2018, in Yogyakarta, this is our attempt to build an art community for those wanting to learn and polish their skills in watercolor and gouache. 

Over the course of three days, we had workshops, a sharing session, themed dinner, along with an art supply shopping trip to pamper all you art lovers! Our tutors for workshops included Wastana Haikal, Satya Oetara, Yosia Raduck, Rachel Ajeng, and Eunike Nugroho, all are experienced artists who’s more than willing to share their knowledge. To finish off our trip, we stopped by Potentiarte for some shopping before heading back home.

All participants got some free time to explore more of Yogyakarta, and we also had a themed dinner to complete the experience. A total of 20 people joined in, from all over Indonesia, to celebrate the wondrous joy of art.
